Ukrainian Counterpart Organization
WSUA works exclusively with its Ukrainian counterpart organization for all on-the-ground humanitarian coordination, verification, and community engagement inside Ukraine. This organization is fully independent and is not part of WSUA’s governance structure, but serves as our trusted operational partner within Ukraine.
Solidarity With Ukraine Foundation
Exclusive Ukrainian Counterpart Organization
The Solidarity With Ukraine Foundation is WSUA’s exclusive Ukrainian counterpart for on-the-ground humanitarian work. The foundation supports displaced families, frontline communities, and local initiatives, providing local insight and operational capacity across Ukraine.
Mariia Hirniak
Vice President, Solidarity With Ukraine Foundation
Supports executive leadership, stakeholder partnerships, and program coordination across Ukraine, with a focus on operational continuity, community support, and transparent implementation practices.
Danylo Kotenko
Founder and President, Solidarity With Ukraine Foundation
Leads the foundation's mission and in-country execution, including field coordination, partner verification, and program delivery. Serves as a principal counterpart for implementation aligned with WSUA humanitarian priorities.
Note: Identifying an exclusive Ukrainian counterpart is fully compliant as long as the organization is clearly described as an independent entity and not part of WSUA’s board or governance.
